FNF Bikini Horrors V3 takes players into a twisted underwater world ruled by Spongephanes, a self-proclaimed water god. An ancient prophecy introduces Spongewarrior, the hero destined to confront him. Directed by Spongephanes, the mod mixes horror, internet memes, and animated cutscenes into an extensive collection of rhythm battles.

- V3: Twelve songs unlocked progressively through successful battles.
